Herbal tea to uplift the spirits
This blend is inspired by the French Carmelite monastic herbal recipe, 'Carmelite Water'. Originally these herbs were steeped in white wine. It was drank within the monastery through out the Middle Ages to reduce rheumatic pain, fever and melancholy.
Ingredients: *Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel, Coriander, Cinnamon, Angelica
